Return Policy
Task Marine accepts returns for twenty (20) days after shipment. Buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Defective products are returnable for 20 days without restocking fees. Certain vendors we deal with charge a A NON-NEGOTIABLE 10% RE-STOCKING FEE TO ALL NON-DEFECTIVE RETURNS OR EXCHANGES. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Customer must request a return merchandise authorization (RMA) thru our website to receive instructions for returning the package. A RMA number will be issued with instructions for returning the package within two business days. Please note that RMA numbers will not be issued via telephone. All returns without a RMA number or sent COD will be refused. All packaging materials and parts must be included for a refund. We reserve the right to refuse returns with missing parts. Products damaged by the customer during installation may be given a partial refund or refused altogether. Open software, data cards with data recorded, freight truck only products and special order items are not returnable. Claims of shipment damage, incorrect/missing items, or non-receipt of goods must be made within 5 days.  

Shipping & Handling
Local pick-up is available at a $8.95 handling fee.  Most in-stock orders ship the same day. However, some orders will ship next business day especially if placed late in the afternoon. You will be promptly notified if your order happens to be out-of-stock Most out-of-stock orders ship within two weeks. A time estimate will be given for out-of-stock orders and you will have the opportunity to cancel your order at any time before shipment. We do not accept credit cards. Items are typically shipped UPS ground for non-expedited domestic orders. Please note that your item can be shipped from warehouses located in all parts of the country. We make every effort to ship from locations closest to our customers. Items are shipped Monday - Friday excluding holidays. Overnight and two day delivery options exclude Saturday, Sunday, and major holidays.

At this time, we do not accept credit cards.  If you become a repeat customer, at our discretion, we will accept a check from you.  Our return check policy is a charge of $50.00 for a returned check!  If we have to take legal action for lack of payment - You will we responsible for court cost and monthly finance charges will apply at prevailing rate.  

We are in the process of setting up a Pay-Pal account and looking into accepting credit cards.  

Not using credit cards enables our cash customers to receive great prices because we don't have to pay credit card fees.

Fraudulent orders will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law
